There is no better place for a winter holiday
Hotel des Geneys Splendid offers a great location for winter skiing in the Italian Alps. Bardonecchia has a total of 52 slopes, covering 140 kilometres of skiable area overall. There are 20 slopes which are all equipped with snow cannons.

Also available to snowboarders is the Olympic Half Pipe and the Snow park. 

Bardonecchia skiing & snowboarding

Bardonecchia´s slopes are divided into two distinct butcomplementary areas. The first, made up of Colomion,Les Arnauds and Melezet, is a comprehensive network of runs leading off from the centre of town, CampoSmith, at 1300 metres; the slopes are large and many of them are surrounded by beautiful woodlands andlandscape. The higher slopes are above the woods in an area known as Vallon Cros. The skiing here is at theheight of 2400 metres.

The second area, known as Jafferau, it´s 2800 metres at its highest point and most of the skiing here is above the woods. At such height the views over the surrounding mountains are unique. More over there are endless possibilities for off-piste skiing and snowboarding even in the springtime.

The Snow Park
The Snow Park is in the Melezet area includes an immense Half Pipe of 130m length, 17,5 m width and 5,7 m height, two boardercrosses and other freestyle rides. It truly is unique in Europe.
